About Spray Systems, Inc.
For more than 25 years, Spray Systems, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of custom designed powder coating and spray booths and sophisticated finishing systems. Our proprietary, engineering-based spray booth solutions have set a standard of professionalism and uncompromising quality on which our customers have come to rely. Embodying this standard is our core commitment to providing dedicated, local, team-based customer service and support. Strong, durable, and easy to assemble, our products have stood the test of time and at a price that has stayed affordable.
A few of the organizations to whom we have supplied spray booths include Southern California Edison Company, B.F. Goodrich Aerospace, Earl Scheib Corp., Colorado Blasting Company, Lockheed Aerospace Palmdale, Freightliner, Inc., U-Haul Corp., Linkbelt, Kenworth, Gould Pump, and many more.
The following components/features come standard with a Spray Systems quality spray booth and finishing system:
Durable And Easy To Assemble Booth Panels.
Spray Systems uses only G-90, 18 gauge galvanized steel for its exclusive
booth panel construction, giving the booth better corrosion protection
and a more uniform look. All of our booth panels are pre-punched on 6"
centers and flanged on all four sides for added booth strength and easier
assembly. We use 30% fewer parts for assembly than other manufacturers.
Efficient And Easy to Maintain Exhaust Fan And Motor Systems.
Spray Systems, Inc. uses only TEFC Lincoln motors on all of its tube axial
exhaust fans. The enclosed motors carry a higher electrical rating plus
a 5-year warranty covering defects and workmanship.
We design and manufacture our own exhaust fans. The fans are constructed with a precision-balanced non-sparking blade, and run more quietly and efficiently than standard tube axial fans. We also use off-the-shelf flanged bearings for easy maintenance and replacement part availa-bility. The fan's "V" belt drive has an adjustable motor base for correct belt tensioning.
Long-Lasting And Energy-Saving Lighting Systems.
Spray Systems, Inc. uses industrial grade fluorescent light fixtures that
come with an energy-saving, multi-tap ballast, and are protected inside
and out with a durable polyester white powder coating. The fixtures include
a hinged rear panel for easy access to the light tubes and ballast. Also,
the multi-tap ballast allows for fast and flexible electrical hook-up.
Powerful And Precise Engineering Solutions.
All Spray Systems, Inc. booths are designed using the latest version of
AutoCAD. We also provide easy-to-read isometric assembly drawings with
every booth shipped. Each panel or component part is identified by a computer
generated label that matches the exploded view drawing, making booth installation
in the field go much faster and easier.
Responsive And Reliable Customer Support.
Spray Systems, Inc. is committed to providing dedicated, local, team-based
customer service that places a high value on accountability and quality
control. That means tailoring our manufacturing and account management
support to your specific requirements, ensuring a rapid response to
your powder coating
needs and concerns, and developing innovative custom solutions at every
step of the engineering, design, and installation process.
